Which carrier do you use?

The majority of our packages are shipped by Dicom express. Some orders are sometimes shipped by another trusted carrier.

Do you ship everywhere in Canada?

Yes. As a Canadian company, we are proud to ship across Canada and the United-States.


Can I track my order shipped?

Yes. Once your order has left our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your purchases.

How is the sales tax calculated?

Depending on the taxes of your province or country.


Do I have to sign when I receive my order?

Yes, but in most cases you will not have to sign. This is left to the discretion of the delivery person. If the driver believes that it may be risky to leave a package, a delivery notice will be left with more details.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Once your order is completed, it is no longer possible to cancel your purchases.


Can I pick up my order to save shipping costs?

Yes it's possible. Please select pick up at the end of your purchase to remove shipping charges from your bill. We will contact you when your order is ready.
